2.  Homeowner/Contractor completes Quick Application


3. Contractor reviews application and completes submission form


4. Contractor runs Credit Report (or DFS runs credit)


5. E-mail - Submission Form, Application, Borrowers Authoriation & Sales Contract to DFS


6. Servicing receives customer information and calls Homeowner within 24-48 hours


7. Homeowner chooses financing option and starts process for approval and funding


8. Homeowner signs loan documents and receives loan proceeds (Rescission may apply)


9. Contractor receives payment for project from Title Co./Customer
